My installations are all sourced from drawing in some way. They are also related to the form of drawing in that they retain much of a drawing's two-dimensional character. My prefered medium has been adhesive vinyl but recently I've been using non-adhesive vinyl to imply a drawing as if peeled from its surface. The work featured on the right is an adhesive vinyl installation I made for Stride Artist-Run in Calgary, AB as well as Artspace in Peterborough, ON. It's glossy black adhesive vinyl hand-cut into the Palace of Culture toppling over itself and exploding as it falls.
